Culture Shock And Travel Photography In Saigon, Vietnam

Southeast Asia culture shock is a great inspiration to take fantastic travel photos!
This was my first trip as a travel photographer and my first trip to Asia.
Being dropped into the middle of bustling Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) provided unlimited opportunities every moment and around every corner.

I did experience a learning curve and an acclamation period when it came to interacting with locals and approaching them for photos.
After the initial jitters I was put at ease by the constant smiles and a generally very friendly welcome by the people of Vietnam.

The photo above is of a local delicacy taken at a market which is a very appropriate opening image for an exciting travel photography trip.
